Technology
Get access to our full range of premium technologies from world-leading, sustainable orthotic materials to the custom-built platforms developed through years of feedback and testing.
Delivering results for you and your patients
In addition to using the latest digital foot/cast scanning, computer aided design (CAD), and computer aided manufacturing (CAM), we are leading the industry in 3D printing.
We have worked with Research Fellows from the University of Queensland’s School of Mechanical and Mining Engineering (Advanced Materials) to test stress our materials used to produce iOrthotics products that are far superior to traditional polypropylene.
Sustainability
The environmental impact of orthotics matters to us. We save nearly 2kg of waste per pair of orthotics by using our 3D-printing technology, saving tons of waste and carbon emissions annually.
Work with us to create a more sustainable industry
iOrthotics is committed to a more sustainable future for our industry and the environment. We have moved away from unsustainable subtractive manufacturing processes and now lead the industry in additive manufacturing (3D printing).
iOrthotics 3D printing achieves almost zero waste for rigid orthotics, compared to traditional polypropylene devices resulting in a 95% reduction in waste. Our sustainable products are also lighter, thinner and stronger than ever.
Customisations
Full precision and customisation to deliver what you want, the way you need it. Want to add your clinic branding to your orthotic? No problem.
Tools to succeed with
Our purpose built, state-of-the-art facility produces the highest quality devices with the lowest turn-around times in the industry. Our laboratory utilises advanced orthotic design software and digital manufacturing to produce high quality products that are unique as your patient’s feet. We design your patient’s custom-made orthotic device to your specifications. For an extra touch, we are able to customise each orthotic device with your own clinic branding.
We use both EVA and 3D printed orthotic devices. Our EVA devices are available in multiple densities and can be customised with a range of additions and postings. As an alternative to polypropylene, our new 3D Printed PA11 orthotics, is leading the industry in quality and customisations.
Partnerships
Your success is our success, and your satisfaction is our priority. We take the time to understand clinicians to help keep what’s important to you at the forefront of what we do.
A new way of doing business
First we take the time to understand what’s important to you… Only then can we design a process around your clinic needs.
We then work with you, providing on site prescription training to help you and your team get the most out of iOrthotics.
It’s more than a lab … it’s a partnership.
