What materials do you use in your orthotics?
Our orthotic devices are manufactured from direct milled EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) and 3D printed EnviroPoly.
EVA density comes in three sizes:
Our exclusive EnviroPoly uses a specially manufactured poly material. This is the same material used in aerospace and automotive applications and has superior strength, flexibility and endurance compared to other poly 3D print materials.
Our top covers come in a variety of colours and finishes including:
Alpha Pig / PU
Neoprene Spenco – used for added cushioning and support.
The orthotic can be customised with 1.5mm or 3mm poron forefoot and sole relaux.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once an orthotic order is processed we start manufacturing. We aim to send your order within 3 -5 business days with standard shipping.
For our premier clients we can process orders on priority and are sent out within 1 – 2 business days with express shipping.
We close for business each year over the Christmas holiday period. All customers are notified in advance to ensure there’s no impact to their business.
